I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to spend a lot of time in front of a mirror every day. I have other things I’d rather be doing. If you can relate, then keep reading for my 10-minute beauty routine!
If you’re wanting a simple beauty routine that takes no more than 10 minutes, then my 10-Minute Beauty Routine may have some products you want to try! We all have plenty to do in a day, but we want to look good doing it. Am I right? So here is my 10-minute beauty routine.
Foundation
Let’s start with foundation. I love a good tinted moisturizer for most days, but when I really want to feel polished the ILIA TRUE SKIN SERUM Foundation has never let me down. It feels like nothing on my skin (hallelujah!) and makes my skin look flawless. That is no small order with rosacea, but it really does the job. I just feel beautiful, and don’t we all want that in a matter of 10 minutes each morning?
Eyes
When I’m in a hurry I always reach for my ride-or-die favorite shadow. And the best part is that it’s just $3.98 from Walmart. If you haven’t tried this, you really must! It looks good on everyone. No complicated crease-cuts or wing-liner here. Remember, our focus is looking good in just 10-minutes! Just something to make you feel confident and fresh so you can do what really matters to you.
If you don’t have time, you can skip the liner, but I find it really makes my eyes look bigger and gives them much-needed definition. My favorite eyeliners are by Fitglow. This is a clean brand that has many great products for 10-minute beauty routines. These eyeliners can be purchased individually, but they are a better value in the pack of three. I love them because they don’t tug or pull, they last all day, and they do not make my eyes burn even a little. And that’s saying somethin’! My favorite shades are Mulberry, Bronze, and Starlight. I also love to wear Brightening Beige inside my bottome waterline. It seems to really open up my tired eyes!
To finish the eyes, you mustn’t forget mascara! If you’ve only got time for one product, make it mascara! Trust me! It is the one thing to get right in your 10-minute beauty routine. I have very sparse lashes and they are very blonde. Hardly noticeable. I do use this lash serum to help them grow because being without lashes does not help me feel like a very pretty lady. The mascaras that make my eyes pop and really give me long, thick lashes are: Thrive Causemetics Liquid-Lash Extensions Mascara or Ilia Limitless Mascara.
Cheeks
Moving on to cheeks in my top 10-minute beauty routine brings me to Merit. I love Merit’s Flush Balm Cheek Color in Cheeky. I simply dab my brush on to the product and tap it on to my cheeks. Three seconds tops. At the writing of this post, that color is sold out, but I don’t think you could go wrong with any of their colors, and they just added four new shades as of the writing of this post. Yippee! They are so soft, natural, and easy to travel with. I just love them! If you love contour/bronzing sticks then check out theirs while you’re at the site. I love the ease of this one.
Lips
And now to my favorite lip products! They are my treat when I need a pick-me-up and the product that makes me feel ‘finished’. My absolute favorite lippies are from Fitglow. Fitglow will always make my 10-minute beauty list! Their lipliners are so creamy and smooth. Have you tried their lip serums? I can apply them in the backseat of a racing car on a dark, moonless night. They are the best makeup product I have ever discovered! Pure luxury. You need to spoil yourself for a job well-done? Treat yourself to a lip serum. Or two. They are a little spendy, but I wait for sales. I have NEVER found anything better for my lips. I will talk more about them in a later post dedicated to this product, but for now, just trust me.
The Finishing Touch
If you need powder to finish off your look, I recommend the Fitglow Bamboo HYALURONIC LOOSE SETTING POWDER. It really keeps my shine at bay, while giving me a glow that looks lit from within. Amazing!
